Terms Of Service

|. My rights

  •  The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me. 
     

  • I will not draw for sexual/pornographic NSFW artists or accounts. I do not want to be associated with that content.

  • Accepting payments through Paypal only.

  • Payment must be sent prior to beginning of a project.​

|||. Process & Delivery

  • Commissions can be expected to be completed between 1 week to 2 months .

  • Once art is finished, you will receive a full-resolution png image. Please note that this is not a physical product.

​

  • A fee will be added if a change is requested after the the approval of a completed commission. If it is a misunderstanding made by me, the changes will be free.​​

  • ​I claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
     

  • I retain the rights to display and promote all artwork.

  • You cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.
     

  • My art is not to be used as or associated with NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or crypto-currencies. This also applies to AI generators or artists.
     

  • Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract in place.

  • I am committed to your project! If I am unable to complete it, I will issue a refund.

V|. Cancelations & Refunds

  • Weekly updates will be provided throughout project duration.

  • Full-resolution file (approx. 300 DPI) of final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG and or transparent.
